1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During sale periods or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.

A small convenience fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders where applicable.

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 2-5 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3-7 business days

Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected pin codes across India.

GetCushiva reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain locations or high-risk orders.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details. GetCushiva will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive:

A package with missing items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs of the package and product.
9. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
10. Serviceable Areas
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
